Exchange Policy

All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).

Exchanges are applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong product delivered

We offer free size exchanges and send a replacement product of the same value at no extra cost.

If the exchange item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.

We also offer reverse pickup for eligible pincodes at no cost for size or incorrect product exchanges.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must have the original sticker label/tags attached
  • Should be properly folded and packed to avoid damage in transit Exchange / Return requests will be processed only once per order.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Products that are used or washed
  • Items purchased during sale or with discount codes
  • Minor variation in color or design (due to display/screen settings)
  • Repeat requests on the same order

Refund Policy

We provide refunds only in genuine cases, such as:

  • Product received is defective or damaged
  • Product is out of stock
  • A verified non-delivery issue

 In such cases, email us at support@teemitra.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective product

If a return is accepted for non-defective reasons (at our discretion), a deduction of ₹100 will apply for reverse pickup charges, due to rising logistics costs.

Refunds are issued to:

The original payment method, or A bank account provided by the customer

Important Notes

  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the merchandise does not qualify or is damaged due to customer handling
  • One-time exchange allowed per order
  • No refunds on size issues, but size exchange is free
