At Teemitra, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

• We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery (India):
  Typically, orders are delivered within 5–8 working days depending on your location.
• Standard Delivery (United States):
  Typically, orders are delivered within 7–15 working days depending on your location.
• Remote Areas:
  Delivery may take up to more then estimated time.

Note: Delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen logistical issues. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 days based on product availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email.
Didn’t receive it within 48 hours? Email us at 📧 support@teemitra.com and we’ll assist you right away.

What If My Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive It?

• If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
• Check with family members, neighbours, security guards, or your office mailroom.
• If it’s still not found, notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
• We’ll raise the issue with our courier partner and investigate. If the delivery failure is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Please note: No claims will be accepted after the 48-hour window.
